Since July 2013, Patrick Kirby, is the Director of the North American Innovation Incubator for the Michelin. He is responsible for leading a group of internal innovation startups and external partnerships to discover, develop and validate new business models, ventures and technologies that contributes to growth for Michelin. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kirby served for five years as the Business Segment Director for the North American Light Truck segment at Michelin. Prior to joining Michelin, Mr. Kirby held a variety of General Management, Marketing and Innovation leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand, Newell Rubbermaid, The Coca-Cola Company and Pfizer. Mr. Kirby is a proven leader, innovator and value-creator with diverse marketing experience in brand management, innovation/new product development, marketing strategy, international business development and customer management. He has successfully built brands, high performing teams and businesses with a passion for driving results and a commitment to timely and flawless execution. Mr. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has studied at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School Executive Education and MIT - Sloan School of Management Executive Education.
