Ellen has over 19 years of marketing and business development experience. She has provided business development direction for various industries including manufacturing, construction, real estate, education, government and healthcare, .

In her role as Marketing Coordinator on DHG's marketing team, Ellen is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the region’s annual marketing and business development plan, as well as events, social media programs and sponsorships designed to expand the firm's presence in the local business community. In 2014, Ellen was recognized as being one of the 10 Most Engaged U.S. Marketers by LinkedIn.

Ellen has been very involved in DHG's Women Forward initiative. Women Forward's mission is to recruit, develop and retain best-in-class women and to further advance and support women in our communities and beyond through learning and leadership. She is also on the Community Advisory Board for the Women's and Gender Studies program at the College of Charleston.

Prior to joining the firm, Ellen was a sales and marketing professional for tax and accounting software companies including PeopleSoft, SunGard and CCH. Ellen has over 20 years’ experience working directly with financial and tax accounting professionals, including 17 years developing, training, marketing and selling in the software industry.
